Guest Uboy Posted November 2, 2009 Report Posted November 2, 2009 (edited) If You look at the volume up/down and the camera button you will notice a metal insert in the buttons, this is a conductive metal insert and not just a shiny plastic piece, so it occurred to me why make some of the buttons this way and others not? is it just cosmetic? or could there be another reason? I had a Diamond before and it had a capacitive touch pad for the buttons which by default was not activated, so could Samsung have done something similar with these buttons where they could also have some other touch sensitive functions yet to be enabled? :D Edit: Also the two phone buttons.
