SMS notification tone suddenly wont play non-WAVE files

i don't know what i did wrong (perhaps when i run Cleanup in SKTools). suddenly, when i tried setting up the SMS tone to Alarm4 (it comes with O2), it won't play the file anymore. it only plays Alarm5 and Alarm2 etc which i found out to be *.wav files. same goes with the other non-wave files, they won't play, not even when setting up using WinMo. any ideas? thanks
