How to edit registry in WM 6.5

I am unable to disable the Samsung menu, unlike WM 6.1. Anyone know how edit registry in WM6.5?

There are lots of programs, like Resco, PHM etc... in my opinion the fastest and easiest way is TOTAL COMMANDER, which has file manager + ftp + Win32 LAN file sharing + Registry editor...its not the best registry editor but does the job....
