Volume keeps going back to 3

i'm not sure what's triggering it but every now and then, when i check on the volume, it keeps going back to 3. then i would adjust it back to 5 again only to find out that it will go down to 3 again after some time. that goes for both system and ring volumes. anyone else experiencing this?

... and for the record, i haven't done the volume tweak in the registry yet. coz so far i'm contented with it, until i got this bug. could SPB have anything to do with it?

it was just my PocketMusic. when i set it to use system volume and adjust the volume in my pocket music, when i exit the app, it will adjust the system volume to the current volume of the app afterwards
