My pulse has been blocked. HELP

It sorted out my driver problem. When you connect the phone up to the pc scroll the top of the bar so you see your notifications, then click on the usb option and choose usb mass storage, that works fine for me to access anything on the micro sd card.

Perhaps I am just old and cynical, but if someone came to me saying they didn't know the unlock code for the phone, the gmail account details and didn't have the installation disc I would assume they had acquired the phone from someone else.

HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but you seem to be failing to help yourself here. My suggestion would be yo take your pulse back to tmobile and ask them to sort the issue. They will most probably have to send the phone off to have it 'fixed'.

Hoping that we can now close this thread down, its taken up far too much of everyones time! (Just my thoughts!)

Thank you.

Please READ my first post in this thread, acquire an sd-card reader from someone to put the files on and you're good to go.

If you cannot manage then, please go to a T-Mobile shop and have them sort it out.
