phone is hanging

Sorry for my English.

Hey guys,

Today I connected, my i8000 to ActiveSync (IJ9) and than 1st. it started to sync and after about 5 sec. it stopped. Not only the Sync but also blocked all funtions on the mobile.

Before I tired to install SpbWirelessMonitor3_setup Trial. But I stopped/ canceled the insallation because I recived a call.

1. After tried to switch it off without any success. I tried to take the battery out and to reset the mobile. But after I give the battery back and tired to restart - it hangs.

My Omnia just start up till the windows-orange-start-screen.

2. I tried to make hard reset "the top right button (screenlock) + top left button (volume up) + bottom left button ( dial)", but it doesn't work.

It starts up till the windows-orange-start-screen.

The solution I found it was to reflash the mobile (IJ9).

Now It works! :-)

Hard reset is four (4) keys combination command but as far as I can see, yours consists of 3 only!

Here is again how it should be done (the easiest one), however it's late already and you have re-flashed your O2.

Here is how:

TURN OFF the phone, then Hold "Volume up", "Lock", "Dial" and "end-dial" keys SIMULTANEOUSLY, phone will vibrate, wait for 3 seconds then release all keys, there will be “Format” and “Cancel” option, Select Format, and wait till system reboot.
