ROM without chinese characters?

Hello, i just updated my Mylasian Version Omnia from the samsung updater tool

but for mylasian it installed a whole bunch of other keyboards.

Is there a rom that doesn't install this?

ALSO can we change region codes like we did with the i900 to download other firmware?

I was just full upgraded to iH5, it worked very fine. And no Chinese input. I installed only 国笔PPC输入法 v2.1.8
