Microsoft voice command MSVC on Omnia II WM6.5

Hi

Just received my Omnia II...WM6.5 2GB UK spec.....I thought that Microsoft Voice Command (MSVC) was included but can find it....does anyone now if it would be included in the ROM?

It's not on my Omnia 2 anywhere. I had to install it myself. Get it free from PPCGeeks... although I think you're supposed to pay for it if it's not included on your ROM... :)
