Samsung omnia ii task bar question

Hi does anyone know how to change the color of the task bar? (where it says start) my one is currently black and looks rather dull.

I am not sure it is now a possible unless you create a theme, the Omnia is skinned so deep that the original background OS Start/today screen is not really seen. In WM5 and earlier from memory the setting in the register could be found in HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Color but it does not appear to be there now unless it's hidden in the HEX which I personally do not know a great deal about.

If you just want to change the colors I have no idea honestly.
