In my flashing experience, there should have been something in the PC LOADER (like V1.6.6 UserDownloader XP)... but did you run EXEcutor in Administrator Mode? Also, did your download completed successfully? I had problems before when I used a download manager... what I did was download and directly save to file. Hope this helps...

Nope.. everything is ok. Executor always not recognize loader after decompile ROM. You can flash safely.
