The best Free memory score that you might achieve is right after a fresh and newly flashed ROM, without any app installed, which will be somewhere around 70MB or so, then after installing some of mentioned applications, you gonna float around 45MB to 62MB!

I have installed all what you've said plus few others and am getting around 50MB to 64MB FREE RAM

Don't forget to try SKTools and htcAddict's cleanRAM
