Unable to get the official upgrade from Sig due to un-official flashing of H9 rom.

i am facing the problem of upgrading the OFFICIAL WM6.5 rom from Singapore.previously i have flashed my phone with others (un-official ) rom (WM6.5,H9) and now i wanna flash to the official rom which is offered by singapore's samsung company but i cannot get the update through NPS. it there any solution for my problem???do i need to flash back to the origin singapore 6.1rom??if yes,where can i get the official WM6.1 singapore rom?
