Guest is77gal Posted November 27, 2009 Report Posted November 27, 2009 Before my O2 I had an n95 and it was great while talking about phone-book. One of the problems that I have on my O2 is that I can`t figure it out how to add a second mobile phone nr to a contact without assigning the number to work or other. I simply want some of the contacts to have more mobile nr, because you cant send an sms to a nr if it is not in a mobile nr slot, even if the nr is a mobile one. Does any1 have any solutions?

Its Windows Mobile. Its compatible with your outlook contacts on your PC. Forget Symbian system forever! You can add about 5 different mobile number to a contact. Isnt it enough? :D
Guest is77gal Posted November 27, 2009 Report Posted November 27, 2009 but how exactly...just today a friend of mine sms-ed me with a new nr and I wanted to add it the existing contact but I just put it in work tel......plus I`m running my windows on a panasonic neo pdp plasma tv.....and I cant get outlook to work....?
Guest bobobird Posted November 28, 2009 Report Posted November 28, 2009 That is a windows limitation. MS seems to think people only have 1 mobile phone or number. Now if the other numbers could be sms'd that would be ok but they cannot. And the main reason is Outlook on the PC which is also similarly designed. Symbian you just make a new label and add phone to it ie Mobile #10 if you want, The phone book is not limited to just the default categories.
