No best rom, theyre all good just depends on what you like. Do you prefer M2D?SPB?NEO or Original titanium? Do you have your own apps or prefer a rom with all apps installed?

Flash a few and find out what you like!

Why would you want a official stock 6.5 release ROM? Were into 6.5.3 running COM8. Those roms that are used on the new phones were being flashed here 3 months ago. These new roms are lite,fast and stable.
