Guest momyc Posted November 30, 2009 Report Posted November 30, 2009 Hi Guys , I Just got my Bell Omnia 2 few days ago. I installed few standard programs , but I left Touch wiz on to see how it's going. So far so good for my needs. I came form Rogers HTC diamond and I use to have a nice Incoming Call screen. It looks that when I get a incoming call with the phone unlock the standard window mobile is coming on. It's Touch wiz having a nice Incoming call screen ? If yes , how to turn that on ? Thx.

Incoming is still in windows mobile format, I suggest install freeware s2u2 v2.14 and enable only the caller id for fullscreen picture caller id. By default s2u2 will enable the lock screen which will run together with windows mobile 6.5 lock screen, search this forum to customize s2u2 to work with Omnia 2.
Guest momyc Posted December 3, 2009 Report Posted December 3, 2009 Thanks for your suggestion , but I found another way. I had on my old diamond I had the Resco contact manager , but I never use the option to handle the incoming calls as the diamond had a nice one. I installed the RCM and turn ON the Incoming call handling and it's ok. For a half second you can see the regular widows incoming view and after the RCP kicks in with a nice layout. It doesn't bother me too much as it takes me more than 2 seconds to get my phone out the pouch.
