Some questions regarding the Omnia II.

Hi guys.

I'm currently using Omnia i900 with WM 6.5. I'm planning to upgrade to Omnia II this December. Before I do so there is some questions I'd like to ask.

1. Is the Omnia II fast and non-laggy? My current Omnia i900 lags even when opening messages.

2. Is the battery life good? Currently my Omnia i900 last only 8 - 10 hours if I listen to songs for 2 hours, browsing websites for 20 - 30 minutes, sending like 50 messages.

3. Can it be customized until it's like a very normal version of WM 6.5? I do not want all the widgets and stuff. And that main menu.

4. I read on GSMArena that Opera does not support Flash out of the box. Can anything be installed to make it work?

5. How much slower is it compared to the HTC HD2?

1. Is the Omnia II fast and non-laggy? Yes, if you disable Samsung TouchWiz and WidgetPlus

2. Is the battery life good? Yes

3. Can it be customized until it's like a very normal version of WM 6.5? Yes

5. How much slower is it compared to the HTC HD2? I think Omnia2 is mostly slower in launching applications

How long does a full battery charge last for you? Please if you don't mind name out in detail what you do, too :D

Hi,

my battery lasts about 5 days when fully charged. I'm usually listening to music for one hour day, surf the internet over Wifi for 20-30 Minutes, write about 5 sms and have a few shorter calls (maybe 5-10 min) and use the calender for about the same time. But as I am only surfing over Wifi I disabled 3G which saves a lot of battery life.

With 3G enabled the battery life goes down to about 3 days...
