Hi

first of all ; excuse me for my poor english

i'm running an omnia II with WM6.5 (an original one with no rom or shell, i just switch to WM interface instead of samsung one), no registary modification

it seem like "my memory" partition is not enough formated. It's impossible for me to see inside of these partition from WM explorer, samsung explorer even from WIn7 when connected to my PC (of course i can see the partition).

When i want to erase all data in "configure memory" the partition is marked as full with 0.00mb free (I'm sure it's no full) when i want format it, phone ask me if i'm sure and then nothing happen. Even after a hard reset the partition is visible but not usable.

The funniest is that i think that WM can read some information on it, the phone sees all pictures and ringtone that are usualy in "my memorie"

so my question is; is it a bug or an hardware failure? do you have already see this problem?

thanks for attentions and answers

Ricky

you can try to do a Master Reset: *2767*3855# in the dialpad.

it will format the my storage and then hard reset

if it's not working you are good for a trip to a samsung service center i think

the normal hard reset does not format the internal storage memory

used ppcpimbackup to backup all you PIM data into the storage card. Then you can restore it back into the phone.
