iGO8 cursor/arrow size

The "that's me" pointer/arrow on iGO8 on my new i920 is giagantic. It was big when I was running on my 910, but I never bothered to do anything about it. It's really annoying.

How can I make it smaller? Is there a graphics file somewhere for it that I can edit in pshop? Is there config info in sys.txt (or whatever the config file is) that I can modify?

set the highres from 1 to 0 in the sys.txt

that should do the trick

Thanks, I'll try it. Will that only affect the cursor, or will everything displayed be drawn with lower resolution?

everything will be updated with the new resolution, it looks quite good actually :D

iGO is made for low res like qvga. with this hack, iGO is not pumping images up to double qvga (=vga) but re-renders it to real vga+

im sorry, it was not sys.txt but system.ini:

iGO8/save/system.ini

add or change the following in that file:

[rawdisplay]

autoconfig="1"

driver="gdi"

highres="0"

how did you get igo8 on your omnia 2? i had it on my omnia 1 but cant get it on my omnia 2 i920...i dont know if i need to change the sys.txt or something else...thanks

what do you mean? you het an error? it just works the same as an omnia i900 i think... just make sure that the sdcard pad is correct in your sys.txt

i had the omnia i910 and i had it on my storage and i just copied what i had on that and put it in my storage on my i920 but i get a sorry message saying it cant open

u can adjust the cursor or car size by following entries in the sys.txt

3dcarsizemin=5000

3dcarsizemax=8000

3dcarsizemul=10000

BTW, what does the "mul" parameter do/mean? The first two are self-explanatory. Is that last one a "multiplier" or something?
