WeatherPanel on WM6.5?

WeatherPanel, a pre-WM6.5 Today plugin, is my all-time favorite weather app. Is there some way I can use it on my new i920 with WM6.5?

Some people have suggested "Second Today" in some other threads, but I have only found uncertain feedback regarding this app and WM6.5.

So... any pointers to other alternatives, or some reassurance on 6.5 (WeatherPanel will be the only thing I'd be running in it, so the "Today" functionality will not really be used much) would be appreciated.

I miss WeatherPanel... :D
