Guest Neil5459 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 I presume you are using an Orange PAYG SIM? :D This sounds suspiciously as if the phone has been blocked by the operator- maybe reported lost or stolen prior to being sold on Ebay?
