Is it any way to install the look from the premium into the GTX Edition ROM as a skin or the other way around? Or on the windows default to add as background the image with the circles, its really cool.

I have a BUG or question consider it like you want ....

I installed your rom ... connected it to my PC and on th home tab I press update weather ... and now I see a cloudy veather and 55° ... but I dont know for what city or so because I didnt set anything before ....

on the Weather TAB is still shown set location !!!! but on the hom tab is already a cloudy sun ... ??? I dont understand ....

the guy there made a weather that unly updates on free connections ... that means through PC and once it is updated the forcast stays for 5days ... so 1once per 5 days I can connect it to pc if I want update I made it but !!!

on your last weather it froze till I didnt reconnected it to pc ... so ... it was wendsday but I still see mondays forcast :((

and by the weather he has also additional info like preasure and wind speed and so ... much beather then yours ... besides its not so beautifull graphic ...but ... between beautifull and usefull most people choose usefull ...

:) or to be honest they choose beautifull but wish for usefull ;)

I preffer it like omnias top right button ... press long starts directly recording of an message ... press short jumps between recorded entrys so that you can listen to an entry that you recorded with minimum effort

why the screen lock uses the thing that I can see 4 following appointments and the stupid home screen doesnt ???? ????

the screen lock is white font ond thite background .... with black shadows ??????????????? at least the clock is a black font on white background .....

what should I do ? to make it clear white font on black background perfect ... but than I cant see the clock ... OR ??? :D

Hi Ock!

Had problems with both 23118 GTX and premium 23118, tried flashing both. Hanging up several times and phone beeing slow, needing battery removing several times, problems with text message and restoring issues from backup only my written messages showing in threaded part. Most seems to be text message related.

Changed back to premium 23563, seems to be much better for my phone. But i really liked the GTX Theme the little i saw of it, can I use the theme for 23563 and how do i do that?

A different thing, when i'am connecting to some WiFi connection i get a question with 2 possible elections, "connect to VPN "etc.."" and the other one "Work" (maybe Home can't remember now). What the difference, anybody knows?

The link you are showing isn't M2D, it is SPB MobileShell with Nanog theme... it is totally different to M2Dv2 that OCK has cooked.

If you like that, installed OCK's ultralight and then SPB MS then the theme..

Other application internet works .. fine with wifi or activesync

but home page weather tab does not recognize internet and Google maps with same problem .

Try to shift operator for 30 sek and then back again. It sets the rules, for programs, to connect. Homepage weather, update tab, wait 30 sek and then update homepage. I had to do it twice before it worked

GTX is has very good looks :( , good work and I would love to use it but there is an issue that is preventing me from using 23118 GTX. I have around 6000 SMS in my Inbox and other folders. I disable threaded SMS before restoring my SMS backup. I am able to view my in TouchFlo Messages screen one by one but when I tap on All messages or go to Start->Text my phone gets busy in doing something I dont know what :D and takes a long time to respond to my actions. If left alone, S2U2 locks the phone and when I unlock there is nothing but blank and black screen and consequently I have to reset. GTX has some serious problems with SMS.

OCK your roms are really good, but just as a positive feedback and so that your may release more solid roms, I must say I have always had problems with text messages in your roms :) , I have tried 23563 and 22004 which were much more stable for same amount of text messages but they froze randomly too. Sometimes on sending sms and sometimes on opening Inbox. I have also tried JN Foundation rom which has no issues with text messages but its power hungry. I believe that this is not specific to number of SMS because I and a friend of mine experienced same problem when we didn't restore my SMS i.e started with 0 SMS.

I take backup from PIMBackup and Sprite Backup both and I have tried restoring both backups on GTX. I hope you will be able to help on in this matter. ;)

Course it's not a BIG issue, but sometimes I get lazy and don't wanna turn on my laptop to download something, then I use the Omnia. But if I let it enter on sleep, the download stops, etc..

Well, anyway... If somebody knows a way to preventing Omnia from go to sleep when there are any active connection, or more specifically a Wifi connection, please let-me know.

Haha it took me quite some time to figure this out too. It does save the picture in Program Files\XTKit.com\Omnia Front Camera\

can't figure if it's possible to change the save location.

Just tested, seems ok, maybe you can try again.

Hmmm. you can try adding it to the exceptions list to prevent S2U2 from turning off the phone when recording.

Delete the iLock2.lnk shortcut from Windows\Startup to stop it from loading.

To minimize applications, you can long press on the x button. Or install the attached to change the behaviour.

save location is just where the exe file is so you can just copy the exe file to storage or where you want. Was searching for a much more complicated way when that just hit me :)

You might search on something like wifi router, such a program might keep you connection alive. Just what I would be looking for if I needed wifi to stay alive, but have never tested.

Or how to animate the weather not just when it's raining ... or for the next days icons?

I would also love to know if there is any application that will change these icons (based on the forecast) if i do not update the weather ...

kjub6 please pay more attention, you are comparing two very different things as Melbouring just told you. also try not to use CAPITAL LETTERS as it sounds like you are yelling at us and that is not necessary.

It seems to me that many of the new guys don´t even bother to read a little bit and since they are seeing roms with HTC Touchflo (M2D) they think this is a default samsung or omnia program and they start asking for things we all know have not been possible to do so far. Again the M2D v2. version we are using was ported from a device with a different screen size which doesnt have space for more than one appointment at a time. Yes we have some space left in the screen but apart from using applications like easytoday launcher and m2dtp to fill that gap with some useful information there is nothing to do at the moment.

if you have to do 10 steps you really have not clue on how to use your phone or M2D. If you like a particular program just add it to launcher tab and you will get there in 1 swipe and 1 touch of the screen.

Now how to set it on a side button :) ? did you read your owner´s manual? I think is important to learn how to use windows mobile before going on into flashing roms. This is done in the same way it was 10 years ago when I first got my HP ipaq (start/settings/personal/buttons)

it´s an extremely popular application called S2U2 that among other things resolves your important problem of not seeing more than one appointment at a time, so be happy Ock cooked it in for you.

This is the biggest problem in almost all forums. Users do not seek their own solution by using google or even this forum. Not even the basics of the OS.

Another serious problem is the charge OCK, thinking he is obligated to solve ASAP some little rom problems.

Even people who donate should not charge the guy as some do here. (it's only an example, I really don't know who donate or not...)

So simple to ask politely without seeming desperate ...

remove battery for 1 minute and it should be fine. If something is gone wrong flash again. As a newbie to flashing rom's use windows xp, no firewall, no antivirus and no internet connection. If you want to use vista or seven google for solution to do that or just search this forum. As corpisa said, really hope you didn't try to flash i8000
