Hello,

I would like to lock my phone with one of the buttons on the side of my Omnia. (right now i am using the "end call"-button. I am using the build-in lock of the Ock Rom 2341 premium WHICH IS FANTASTIC by the way)

Is that possible?

Hi everyone!

I flashed my phone with the Premium one yesterday, its seems like its a really good rom... Its fast and smooth, but I hhad a problem with it, every time I restart my phone it Hard resets, it goes back to the screen where it says "Tap the screen to...." and when my phone starts upp the "OCK InstallMe" starts up and it wants me to restart the phone again and I go back to square one!

Anyone had this problem? What can I do about it?

When flashing, did you check the option to format the device's internal hard disk? If yes, uncheck it, you don't need to format that.

Hi ock Im using UL 21892 and on message screen i have a double scrollbar i remember seeing a fix .cab for this but cant seem to find the link on your page. could you or anybody possibly post the link to this .cab please :(

Alright, another prob... I can't install any java midlet as it says: insufficient memory (and the midlet is abt 55kb), phone is nearly clean after flashing, I didn't have time to customize. Any ideas?

Hello guys,

this rom is cool, but it had an annoying thing that i hate.

there's any way to change the background of the sms and installation screen? i hate that blue stripes in white background.

- The Samsung input doesn't supporting greek language... If I install an old GR-ENG_Samsung cab, made by Sector, will this solved?

- I've installed also the SPB keyboard... I went to Input Settings to make the nessesary keyboard options (languages, dectionaries, etc...) and when I pressed the Option button, the phone freezed and I had to make soft-reset, over & over again. I can't set the greek input...

Any solutions?

I want to replace the sound of the stylus when it touches the screen... The default sound is too loud. How???

And finaly, I have some cool wav files and I want to use them as SMS sound notifications... How can I?

I just want to say, I have been playing around with your Premium 23541 and I have to tell you that I absolutely love it.

The only I have found thing so far is that the updating of the weather tab from 3G connection tends to fail but I can live with it. The rest of the ROM is perfect.

EDIT: Hi Ock, further information that may help. I noticed that when I tried to update the weather tab, it starts the 3G connection to initiate the download by then disconnects straight after that?

You could try a language pack from here http://melgurth.ovh.org/index.php?page=downloads

with "original" keyboard http://www.mediafire.com/?zzzikdnwjzm.

There's also an alternative http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=500690 but that is only a phonepad but a very good one.

Ps also remember to those another keyboard while you are installing/uinstalling something for it and then soft reset

Any one know how NOT to close applications with showcase and app dosn't close when hitting the x button.

Thinking about tmail, seccontact and poutlook. Gives faster respons time on sms when they are running. :(

reinstall showcase then under showcase settings, don't check close button on right.

i am pretty much happy with Ock's brilliant 22004 classic rom. Is this 23637 in anyway better than 22004 rom? Pls let us know :( if not i will most happily stay with this superstable rom.. (few times i had issues with text messages.. )

21892 is my latest, 21893 is out but I suspect there aren't significant changes.

Fingerkeyboard may have Greek support, if I'm not wrong. It's free, you can give it a try.

Actually, I've replaced the sound. Replace alarm2.wav in the Windows folder if you want another sound.

Hmmm... anyone having the same problem? Does your 3G work in web browsers?

EDIT: TitaniumClassic (with bonus homescreen) and UltraLite ready!

You now have the same functionality in program "Dial-up EnablerDisabler" which is more finger friendly. :(

Off topic:

Btw, guys, you should really try the new Opera Mini 5 beta browser. Its the fastest and greatest, works so much better than Opera Mobile and starts in less then a second! It also loads pages waay faster... :(

One thing I cannot figure out though is how to set it as default browser...

This version includes a beta version of a custom theme I've made :( . Enable it by going to Settings - Home and selecting rlToday. Disable all other homescreen plugins.

To update the weather, tap on Weather and enter you city code.

You can find out you city code by going to Yahoo weather and searching your city under "Enter city or zip code:" If I search "New York" for example, a new page will load with the numbers 2459115 in the url. This will be your city code.

And here's a cab for you to try on other versions. Credits to ~brsev for his icons

3 ways :( :

1. Set the value of "citycode" under HKCU\Software\ock\Weather\ manually

2. OR set the value of "locset" under HKCU\Software\ock\Weather\ to 0 and tap on the weather title again to configure

3. OR Unzip the attached file somewhere and run it

setlocation.zip
