OCK's WM6.5 Roms (Premium, M2D, M2D Classic, Titanium, UltraLite)

Flash all new rom today with GrandPrix and all of them freeze and i can do anything with the phone just reflash. Why ? disasamble the rom's with executor and no customer.csc file . Flash with GrandPrix without customer.csc ......maybe this is the problem with freezing ??? Sorry my bad english ! Why missed customer.csc ? Never happen't again with OCK's rom and i use just ock rom's

but this is my first flash with GrandPrix.

Hi, just flashed titanium 23637 classic and the S2U2 wallpaper problem is gone but now S2U2 idicates that the headset is connected even if it´s not. Strange. I will try and se if i can fix this in reg.

Also installing a new keyboard will not work. Tried with premium and ultra lite. <_<

By the way OCK (or rest of you people), the new build's graphics are those with the LARGE buttons, the LARGE menus & the LARGE scrolling bars? I'm asking, because these builds (with the larger graphics - for more finger-friendly feature) don't working properly with my phone.

If not, I'll like to give a try to the newest - if yes, I'm staying with the older build.

Yup, they have the newer UI. You can stick to 21892 if it's stable for you.

One more thing for Ock:

I know you use s2u2, I do too, but ever since I started using your roms, after wake up from a bit longer standby (say you turn the phone off with the power button and wait about 20 sec), and then wake it by front buttons, it gets very laggy and I have to swype/slide a couple of times to unlock. And that becomes VERY annoying, since this is one of the GUI elements that is most used on a (s2u2 enabled) phone.

If you (or anyone else here) do not have this problem, could you share the most important s2u2 settings here?

I'm not sure if switching to Rawbuffer would help. Perhaps S2U2 also needs half a sec to update the time display etc, which accounts for the slight delay before the slider works properly.

OCK... your new glossy icons (to install ourselves) are amazing, bravo! You really need to do something with the... "sellect-glow" .png - that thing, indicates what icon you pressed. This "glow" (I think, the WM6.5 default .png graphic) is quite... terrible! Do you like to make something to you and send you back? You gave me a couple of .png files (including that... "glow") and I made a couple of mine. Do you like to send them?

The file involved is StartMenu_Selection.png under \windows (see attached). I tried creating one but I guess my graphic editing skills aren't good :)

Not too sure on this myself

Some issues with 23545:

- Camera button does not work IN camera mode

- youtube does not start -> error

- links within emails opens internet explorer instead of opera

- after some hours of use display does not turn off

Did anybody get the same issues?

- Seems EZinput disables the camera button, but you can use the center button (no focusing though)

- Try checking your time and date to fix the youtube issue.

- I'll investigate how to make Opera the default browser.

- Try setting power settings, I've not observed this personally.

Only one thing to say, Ock, you "R'ock". I think you can call yourself the Jamie Oliver of all chefs now.

Hi, the problem is that when i choose "Backgrund" in main settings it goes to S2U2 folder and freezes. If i try to change manually i registry to another folder it is the same result.

Hope this explanation helps.

What I would do in your case:

2) I would try reinstalling s2u2 (Remove, Restart, Install) with the newest version (2.30 currently).

s2u2 imo should work in all ock's roms with default settings.

- It's all correct. So it works for some hours, but after that it stays on and I have to reboot. My radio is off most time, I mostly use WLAN. Even with manually disabling WLAN this happens.

Tank´s for the tips. Fresh installed on 3 different ROM´s (all ock´s) with default S2U2 settings and still a headset indicator. Guess ill just have to ignore it for now.

Ok, this is wierd. I did a connection setup with my bt headset and when i turned off the headset and bt the icon is gone and all is normal.!?

I have your last premium ROM 23545 and I have problem with take a pictures and videos in camera. The button to take a picture has no reactions (no focus, no shot, but the button is OK in others programs). Please do You have any solution? (ROM is after install and HW reset)
