Hi OCK. I've been testing your roms these past few weeks and I've been wanting to tell you that you're doing a great job, very reliable...and almost no problems at all. I've just finished flashing you're latest rom..the one with DINIK's icon set...and it looks great. I was wondering if you could...maybe in a future release maybe you could integrate also his slider and lockscreen as they look simply awesome. Anyway....great work..keep it up. Cheers from Italy

Hi OCK , I have your ROM with M2Dv2 Build 22004 and this ROM is perfect (no bugs) , but I have one question : This tabs in M2D not works with all tabs : MyFavesWidget ,Operator Widget - do you have any tips for me ?(cab,fix) / maybe stupid question , but I have no idea how to solve (is a small bug in the ointment) - thank´s a lot :) / sorry my english ;)

Still looking for a way to disable the volume control cooked in, is there a way OCK? Would love to have the windows original volume pop up from the task bar instead of the fullscreen one that comes up whenever I puch one of the volume keys. This would put your ROM very close to 100% perfect. (using 23637 M2D)

Thank you for a great ROM, tried the new M2D classic, but I came to the conclusion that I'm willing to cope with an a bit slower phone to get the beautiful grafics from M2Dv2. :)

Using the 23545 preium , seems nice but cant connect to the internet for the life of me. At first I could but I stuffed up a registry change for sms so I did a hard reset and now cant get it to connect. Used the suggestions in page 1 but still no luck. Even tried reflashing but still no luck . Kind of really annoying me now so does anyone have any otherideas ? I'd love to keep this rom but I need internet for a few programs

For those using M2D classic, install the attached cab and let me know if it fixes the issue with sms reply button not working.

Soft reset after installation. This disables some outlook enhancements in M2D classic which I suspect causes the problem.

don't know if this will work, just a theory. Change operator for 30 sek, set back, wait 30 sek. Turn off phone NOT soft reset. Try again. If it didn't work. Cheers , had tried all that to no avail , however Im in another suburb and although it took a while it has finally connected and now seems happy to do so (I seem to remember that happening when I first put my last rom in last year which was one of Nickhides roms).

I've even got the weather to update now but I found another little glitch - Temp is set on Celsius but it says 70 degrees , I switch it to Fahrenheit and now it says 21 degrees , no drama but just strange that the two are backwards !

Now to start putting stuff in and see how it goes . Thanks for the rom either way Ock , seems quite nice at first looks and I've finally got office back. Now to put in S2U2 and S2P and hope they play nice with this rom as I'm not a fan of Nitrogen player , I always seem to have trouble making playlists with it.

Oh , and my car/portable bluetooth headset seemed to pair with it easy enough as well.

I'm thinking about install this ROM (the M2d one).. but I would like to know some information first (from the cooker or other users/testers):

1) what kind of dialer you are cooking in your ROM (only the original wm or can I enable the Samsung one). I need it, basically, to make video calls.

2) BT audio routing?

Well Im new to touchflo and seem to have run in to a problem - I use GPS2day or GPS toggle but the only way I can get them on the desktop is to turn touchflo off , is there a way to have them show with touchflo still turned on ? I tried to add them to the programs shortcut menu at the bottom but neither show up when I go to add

Darn , cant get a GPS lock at all , tried ExtraGPS download , reg fix , using gsp2day or gps toggle , nothing ! If I cant fix it then this rom has to go because it worked really well before ***most of the time***

doh , as soon as I said that it friggin locked , just to make an ass out of me !

Well most stuff is happy now although Im now trying out SPB shell (and loving it) - my last remaining issue that I see is S2U2 (2.33 , latest v) and S2P (0.83 beta) are not totally happy - S2U2 locks automatically when S2P is not playing and wont lock even manually when S2P is playing so I'm gonna try 1.62 and 0.58 respectively and see how they go , they both worked fine together under Nicklashidegard 23509 classic but downloaded new versions today to try with this. I must say this rom does boot faster than Niks tho and generally run very nice. (hope Im not speaking too soon).

Good morning all.. Easy one for you Ock.. I can't turn off the auto Day light Saving Time. Tried the Fav Hacking, did not work. I have to change the time every time I power off or reset. Can't change the time zone as that also resets when I power off or soft reset.

We do not switch to DST here in Jamaica and since sunday, the time is 1 hour ahead of where it should be every power on or reset.

Thanks alot Man u saved my day , worked on omnia lite dialer . it will be nice if OCK add it in the next release . i hope also he can add weirdo reg tweaks for tomtom with

internal gps receiver cuz it worked like a charm . am using tomtom with com3 now and i get a gps signal inside my house without using gps gate or gps proxy

tried the gps reg settings, using route 66, looks like everything still works. Indoor I've got 4 sat but never tested gps indoor before so can't say if this reg tweak makes gps better. Thanks for the tip :)

(xD) after testing so many roms, and actually im cooking roms i just flash 23545 MD2 classic and is just a beautiful rom!! congrats!! i have only one issue, after flashing in the step of InstallMe the package Opera10 stuck at 99% but doing a softreset all working great, maybe is just me, maybe someone can feedback this... One more time, great job mate!! Keep it Up!

PS: i love the new keyboard! :)

Hi Ock I prefer to use the 218xx builds (more responsive IMO) but and I like to install only what i use so I always go for your UL builds. I only ever use the new UI when you cook your premium builds (I love all the apps you choose) anyways I am hoping to install M2Dv2 as my UI and the the theme/version that you use is well......beautiful :).

So could you possibly post a file of a whole M2Dv2 that you use. Like the all in one cab from M2D classic.

I will be happy to donate.

Well I tried several different version of S2P and S2U2 , finished with .73 and 2.21 respectively. S2U2 doesnt lock automatically anymore unless I set it too , that's cool , but when using S2P I still can't get S2U2 to lock the screen . No real dramas I can get a different music player but they were good together before if I was out riding my bike and someone called me , it would let me answer without messing with the handset and then go straight back to playing music. Maybe I'll try Touchplayer or go back to Coreplayer.

Anyway , thanks again for a really nice rom.

*** Just quickly , can I completely disable the mouse pad thingy , it tends to adjust the music volume when I slide it in to my back pocket ! (I have it disabled as a mouse with "Favourite Tweaks" but it still operates the volume)*** . That would allow me to use S2P more effectively at least for now.

I am still using 23518 M2D. Today first time came across a little bug that I did not notice before. I am in San Francisco. Perfect sunny days are pretty rare here. Today was the first one since I flashed my phone with the mentioned ROM.

I noticed that in the weather tab there is no image of the sun. There is no any image. In the Home tab everything is fine though. Is there any fix for this issue?

I don't know about the new builds as I'm using the 23637 myself where opera isn't cooked in, but I have done some hard resets and set up a XDA_UC folder for the autoinstaller and found it stuck at opera mobile 10 beta 3, my solution was to put it in a SD subfolder so that the installation isn't managed automaticly but run separately after the other ones, but as your program is in the original distribution I guess the solution would be installing it manually after the softreset, if it's located where the srs wow cab is it should be in the root of the windowsfolder, if you can't find it you can also get it on m.opera.com. Good luck, sorry that I couldn't supply you with a "real" solution ...

They don't have much function actually, but sometimes the Operator widget is used for adding stuff like a 2nd launch screen.

1) Yes, you can enable the Samsung dialer using FavHack

2) Mono BT sets won't work, newer ones should work without problems.

It'll affect how SRSWOW sounds but I've been experimenting with it, will tweak this in my next release. ;)

I notice that sometimes the time doesn't get saved after the first 2 resets. Try changing that again after a soft reset.

Sometimes certain cabs may get stuck while installing. As Petter88 mentioned, you can move it to a "SD" subfolder inside XDA_UC as a workaround. In general, keyboard and browser cabs (and those who ask you questions during installations) should go under the SD folder.
