you can't.

the only option is flashing a custom lite ROM without these apps

how do i go about removing them? ie cooking a rom?

i just want to cook by removing the useless stuff. not changing any settings...

you need to learn how to cook yourself or use a rom cooked by others (atm Rodrigo and Khuanchai)

yea i know i need to cook. im quite computer savvy, so i properly will pick up quite fast.

The relevant information is in the "i8000 OMNIA II ROM DISCUSSION FORUM". If you can't figure that out, I suggest you just use someone else's ROMs. They already took out most of the crap.
