Guest toppwill Posted December 13, 2009 Report Posted December 13, 2009 Sorry to be such a noob, but anyone care to answer these for Omnia II Not sure whether to install VGA or QVGA apps? Also keen to hear which section of memory apps should be installed to - assume one should try My Storage and if app doesnt work too well, try Main Storage? (install to Main if readme or someone says you must, of course) Thanks!

QVGA apps will not work nicely in WVGA screens, the app graphics and text will become very tiny. For those system related apps such as today plugins i myself will install in Main Storage, games i will install in My Storage. Well it is up to you unless stated by the app that which memory area u will need to install, by installing in Main Memory the speed of the app will be faster. You got to remember that your Main Memory avaliable to you is only 90mb, it easily gets full. Hope this helps ;) Edited December 13, 2009 by DunKnow
Guest Shemmy Posted December 13, 2009 Report Posted December 13, 2009 If I'm given the option during the install process, I install everything to "My Storage" (with the exception of Titanium plugins).

Guest skinnypupp Posted December 14, 2009 Report Posted December 14, 2009 I used to install everything on My Storage, but found that a good Storage Card is much faster. So I install everything there now (except Twikini, which has a problem saving settings when installed to the storage card for some reason)
