Hi everyone, i'm a new member and i'm really apreciating all the info that's on this forum.

I would like to get a little help at those two games.

The first, Marble Worlds 2 i cant play via accelerometer. Just by touching. Is there anyway to run it playing via accelerometer? I think it must be a lot more fun that way, and i read in various places that it should be playable via accelerometer in Omnia cellphones.

The HAWX problem is that the game is not playable with sound. At the begining if i check "yes" to sound the game crashes and returns to windows (without the windows taskbar on the top. I have to do a soft reset ;) ) ... But if i check "no" to sound at the begining the game plays ok. But even if IN the game at the menu i change the options to "yes" at sound when finishes loading to start playing the game crashes again and returns to windows.

Would anyone kindly help me to solve those 2 problems ?

I'll really apreciate

Thanks in advance!

BTW, the cell is (of course) Samsung GT I8000, Omnia 2... Running WinMo 6.1

With specific game issues it may be better to contact the author of the game incase they do not support the i8000 yet.

But where i got the game it said that it would run on I8000... So i'm thinking that there may be something that i could/should do to correct those glitches... You have a I8000 yourself dont you ? Those games run smoothly on your device?

some of the games will have this problem, example i got prince of persia for the i8000 and itz a great game works perfectly but if i answer yes to sound then it crashes.

what you have to understand is that if you buy the game legit you wont have this problem but when someone extracts it and hacks it you might get issues with certain functions.

for example Ferrari GT by Gameloft actually asks you to input the activation code before you can play the game.

i reccomend just playing the game without sound...

Thank you for taking time to awnser me... I aprecciate that.

Now i got it. So it's the process of ripping the game that creates that kind of bug in certain devices right ?

That's not a problem, i'm willing to buy the game... If it's a fair price (under 5 euros)... But i live in Brazil and imported the phone. I dont really know how to buy or if it's possible to, maybe with an international credit card... Whats the best place to get it ? In the american site i'll be able to buy it ?

in general when it comes to games on mobile phones, when you start them up it will show the company that made it name, in the case of H.A.W.X which is made by Gameloft i reccomend just going to their website gameloft.com its an international site, from memory it has an option to select your country and select the phone you are getting it for and it will show you all the available games.

with marble world you can do the same, not sure who makes it though.

btw. some games especially ones by gameloft might not be available for the new omnia range because they havent made it for our devices yet ;) but you can always try one which was made for the Sony Ericson Experia, HTC HD or any other phone with a similar (not exactl same but similar) screen size, also WVGA and 480x800 display size.

hope this helps... anything else just ask

With gameloft on the site after i do the procedure there they sent a sms with a link on my device. When i open the link i get "acess denied" on the page that opnes on Opera... ;)

Maybe this have something to do with the local carriers here that dont even have Omnia II on the catalog. There isn't a way of buying and download on the site to the pc and then transfering to the device ?

(thx for the help again man)
