Help Backing up new omnia II

I just got an Omnia II and I loaded SPB Backup on it to make my initial backup. The Backup file was 190 Meg. So this has to be stuff that is loaded onto the device or in the rom since I have yet to load much onto the phone besides contacts.

What exactly needs to be backed up and what are rom files that don't change anyways? Is there a way to backup only the files that do or can change? DO these backups really need to be so large? I want to backup so that if I have to do a hard reset I can return the phone back to the current state at the time, do I really need to backup 190 meg of files that are in the rom or that came on the device? any help or insights would be much appreciated.. Thankyou

SPB BackUp is quiet good for regular device back up however you might want to use SKTools as well, it's a powerful app with lots of backing up options like, the Rigistery, database, Files, Self-Backup, PIM, Messaging Folders, ActiveSync Parthnership and the best one which is "ALL SYSTEM".

There are lot more to chose from for backing up your device, such as SPB BackUp, Sprite BackUp, NPS (Samsung New PC Studio), SAMSUNG Kies & ....
