Guest KAJINOFE Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 I use the most recent version of Bing or Garmin XT (I don't hve the version number on hand). Garmin XT looks nice, I wish they had a trial version. Bing doesn't have voice turn by turns does it?
Guest Ninja4Hire Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 I'm using Garmin mobile XT version 5.00.20wp. Works like a charm. I also use google maps and Bing from time to time, but Garmin is the real deal navigator.
Guest KAJINOFE Posted December 18, 2009 Report Posted December 18, 2009 I checked out a co-worker's garmin xt on his phone and it was NICE!!! I think I'm going to get that.

CoPilot Live 8 is also a great navigator. Have tried almost all of them including tomtom and urban horizon and I always end up uninstalling them and going back to CoPilot. It's also relatively inexpensive!

Guest surgex Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 Moved to the main Omnia2 section, post not suited for the ROM discussion area. I use garmin XT 5.00.20wp with the latest USA maps, 3d landscapes and lane guidance -- it's awesome. I haven't tried iGo out yet though, but the main reason I use garmin is because it has traffic..I don't think iGo does for winmo.
Guest grahamkdt Posted December 20, 2009 Report Posted December 20, 2009 I'm a CoPilot 8 user also. Superb navigation software and a big advancement on version 7 which I'd been using for the last 18 months. For £26.99, you can't beat it ;)
