Disable the built in samsung caller ID : I920?

Is it possible to disable the samsung caller ID that comes on the verizon I920?" it interferes with other phone programs, and disabling the entire samsung dialer causes the phone number to end up unassigned and unusable. Anyone know how to either disable the samsung dilaer and remap the phone button, or know how to just disable the samsung caller ID?
