Pulse, T-Mobile and not getting ripped off on the costs

What a surprise, Jan comes and no free internet.

I've sent a complaining email, but no response so far.

Good job my phone is unlocked, because if they don't fix it, and the extra web I've now had to buy, they'll get dumped.

Got a positive reply from T-Mobile. Apparently the top up was credited back in Nov, rather than when the phone/sim was activated - meaning Dec was supposed to be free. Mind you, the balance was still clicking down as far as I remember.

They've sorted it out to my satisfaction, so next is to get the old number ported over....

Vodafone are expected to announce new mobile internet deals in the first few weeks of the new year.

But I doubt that they'll be able to match T-Mobile.

Thanks ceedee, I'll certainly check back with Vodafone to see if those new deals have materialised. For now I am happy with the T-Mobile £20 for 6 months deal and keep thinking it's too good to be true really. I hope they continue to offer this 6 month web deal after my first 6 months expires....
