Guest skinnypupp Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 If you install a Hong Kong or Taiwanese ROM file, you will be able to select English as your main language, but still be able to see Chinese text messages.

Chinese(Taiwan) for traditional Chinese.
Guest LittleMonster Posted December 21, 2009 Report Posted December 21, 2009 Goto Settings > Advance Setting > System > Regional setting to set the languages to Chinese(PRC) for simplied Chinese. Chinese(Taiwan) for traditional Chinese. go to your message inbox > menu > tools > options > tap on *messaging, Check Use Unicode when necessary and you will be able to receive Chinese SMS. I did this without having to Go to Settings > Advance Setting > System > Regional setting to set the languages to Chinese(PRC) for simplied Chinese. Chinese(Taiwan) for traditional Chinese.
Guest bennyx8903 Posted December 22, 2009 Report Posted December 22, 2009 thing is, i have i8000L from Canada, and i DO have the Unicode setting on. But under regional settings chinese is not there. and for sougou just google it =)
