Help needed to Official update

Hi. 2 days ago I got my Omnia 2 I8000.. I Bought the international version, which come fronm Singapur, I have been looking in the internet and it apeears that I can Update, I installed the NPS use as country Singapur, English language,no issues during the instalation, the phone is detected, but it appears as GT-I8000 (000-0000-0000), when I try to update, A message saying Your phone doesn not support updates.. My device is PDA I8000JPIJ3, CSC I8000XSGIJ4 Phone i8000XXIJ2.. Can Someone what may be the issue why I can't make the official update?
