Update the omnia 2 to wm 6.5

I want to update my omnia to wm 6.5 but there is a problem.

i use new pc studio to update my omnia 2 but when the update is downloaded the phone shut's off won't turn on by itself.

the update can't continue when the phone won't restart...

how can i let my phone restart so the update can continue?

EDIT: it worked under windows xp
