Automatic Time Updating

I flashed my phone with the new L5. My clock does not update automatically. I have searched on all the settings I can think of to get the clock and date to update automatically. Would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction please? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Maybe cause somebody just deleted the file which has the responsibility to do this which is ATU_NITZ.exe
