TouchWiz ui and touchwiz interface cabs

is it possible to make cabs to use touchwiz ui on other devices (like acer f1), i really find it very sleek!

I also need the touchWIZ ui cab, if i decided to sell the phone. i mean ppl who watch Omnia II advertisement on TV seems like dont believe that i had SenseUI on it
