HTC task manager?

How Do I get it to work? I downloaded it from xda and installed...I see it in the registry...but no quickmenu up in the corner on my today screen..

If anyone can look at this cab and see why it doesn't pop up on my home screen...when I go into settings>system>taskmanager I can adjust the settings and such..but no icon on the today screen...
