Guest hkwildboy Posted January 1, 2010 Report Posted January 1, 2010 (edited) i have about 9 customised categories for my contacts. Funny that only 6 will be listed in the phonebook Category. However, if using Windows Contacts, all those 9 categories are still there. Anyone having the same issue? Also, if i try to add those missing categories manually, it willl say: "Category name already in use" Damn, if it is in use, that means those categories are arlready linked to the contacts. So why wouldnt they show up in the Phonebook Category list? Note: all my contacts are properly synced to Outlook without any problem though. Edited January 1, 2010 by hkwildboy
Guest thebass Posted May 7, 2010 Report Posted May 7, 2010 I have over 50 categories and they originally were created in outlook. I never used the samsung way of making it. Anytime I enter new contacts on the phone it saves the proper category. Make sure you don't have a filter set.

Thanks for trying to help, but my problem is: some of the categories dont show on the filter/category list. when i try to add that category, it will say it's already in use and cant be added. :P
