Guest ruggedruffian Posted January 2, 2010 Report Posted January 2, 2010 I'm told the Taiwan version of the i8000 does NOT have English. Can anyone confirm? I was about to buy one in Taiwan but the sales people seemed unsure it had English. Shrug. I bought my N82 here and I always thought you could just switch language to English as all phones have it? Or is WinMo a different beast?
Guest Herick Posted January 2, 2010 Report Posted January 2, 2010 (edited) I'm told the Taiwan version of the i8000 does NOT have English. Can anyone confirm? Or is WinMo a different beast? I flashed Taiwan ROM before and it had English as an option. I own a Hong Kong i8000 and it came with English option also. Now I am using Secany's IL5 ROM which has English and other European languages. Hope this helps. Edited January 2, 2010 by Herick
