Try this:

\registry\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Today\Enabled

Set the value to 0. And restart your pda. Dont forget to install MS before the change:)

khmm... did that.... no increase in ram....boot speed...spb ms speed on startup...

and today screen stil works..
