flashed with FAMIJ3 english CSC, but its still in german. i do wish there is a pure WWE ROM with samsung settings. but thanks anyway.

Because German people want to  have Roms in their own language... have been playing around with WWE for long time(on other phones) and I´m glad to have someone cooking nice German Roms :)  

I just installed my device a few days ago and I don´t want to do the same  work again...

Perhaps in a few days... We´ll see.

I flash your ROM with IL5 CSC (ita) but its still in german.Nice ROM speedy and clean but X button dont close the app, to open Bilder&Videos have some problem.If i touch hardware right button i have this message .Something eat my ram,i dont have installing nothing . I am not German speaking, i am tester ROM :) B) .

Its a problem to flash the csc. I think this is the reason for the bugs. The csc makes some registry entries ...

Would somebody using this rom please try to change:

HKCU\MUI\CurLang to HEX: 409 (or DEC:1033) and softreset

It may change the language to English... :)

Do not forget to note (backup) original value, to change it back... B)

Yeah Omnia 2 has serious memory shortage problems. 95 MB to start with is very very good.

Please do consider an English version.

sorry to bother you again and i know this doesnt really fit to the ongoing conversation, but since your a fellow German, do you know where i can get a German CSC file? I flashed Secanys CSC file a while ago and since then i get the orange logo on every startup.

And another thing, i might have to send my Omnia in to support becouse i think my speaker is brocken :) But im afraid that theyre gona blaime the custom rom so i would like to flash back to stock german 6.5 with german CSC file.

Can you help me?

You just selected "German" for the CSC, did you? It does not work. You have to select .....DBT.IL5 (Dunno the whole name, does not matter, you will see what I mean) from the drop down list under the language select (DBT is german unbranded). And if yours was branded you should look out for the german Brandings (Vodafone, Tmobile, etc) before you send your phone to the support.

OK, I tested the ROM, but it is in german. I flashed the eb0 file and secany's JA1 csc and the phone was a kind of mix of german and english. Any solution?

whats the reg-code for german?

is it possible to do this with other english roms? im german, i mean if i have a english custom rom, can i switch the language to german if i edit the reg and insert the hex (or dec) code?

I am unable to configure the GPRS settings for A1 mobilkom! - It simply can't connect!
