Hi everyone!

I wanted to start a topic about Windows Market Place... We all know by now that memory on both the i8000 and SCH-i920 is less than we expected (until someone REALLY finds out why %50 of the RAM is reserved). Memory is a precious commodity! Windows Market Place installs programs to the main directory, you can move the program using SKTools after installation but imo that is a hassle.

In the past we have been able to mod Windows Market Place to install programs to storage (or SD cards). Windows beefed up their program recently so this can no longer be done (copyright protection?).

There must be a way, either I have overlooked it or no one has found out yet. If anyone has any ideas please share! It would be great to have a Market Place where you could install all the programs you wanted (all 600 of them?!) without having to worry about memory.

btw... I installed the MS Office 2010 beta on my SCH-i920 through Windows Market Place because I use the desktop version and I love it. Memory Storage BEFORE MS office 2010... about 64MB, Memory Storage AFTER MS office 2010... about 54MB! (potential solution... Download MS Office 2010 via Market Place, move program to storage with SKTools, replace all preexisting MS Office 2007 ROM files with 0K dummies, and gain 8-10MB of Memory back? In my case that would give me 72-74MB total. Possible? Or possible dangerous?)
