Guest Delvius Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 I just realized I cannot install cabs anymore. All I get when I try to install a cab is "Installation of xyz cab was unsuccessful.". Also interesting is that in Samsung settings under Main Memory installed programs are not shown, but SKTools still shows them. I am pretty sure a hardreset will solve this, but does anyone know how to get rid of this without a hardreset?

Guest asus535 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 check your directory \windows\AppMgr is there anything strange? What is that folder? You can move contents of that folder to SD card to gain memory, but you need to send back a specific folder to be able to un-install a specific program
Guest Delvius Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 @Ender Psp Yes I can still access both. @asus535 In winodws\AppMgr I found folders with the names of the Programs I installed. Each folder contains a small .tmp and some also a .dll. There was a folder called Install, it was empty, might this be the reason for my problem?
Guest asus535 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 I have no folder named neither \windows\AppMgr\Install nor \windows\install but I don't know if it is the reason. @asus535 In winodws\AppMgr I found folders with the names of the Programs I installed. Guest TRoN_1 Posted January 4, 2010 Report Posted January 4, 2010 I think I have the same problem. I tried installing TouchLockPro, and it was unsuccessful. When I installed smi_wm_pro_sdk_redist_2_1_0.cab with Windows Mobile Pro 6.5 it said it was successful, but I cant find it anywhere.
