Guest Kal-Leo Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Guys, have my I8000 for about 2 weeks, and i was trying to watch some tv series and animes that I have with the phone. Most of my tv series have resolution at about 652x350 I think, and it plays with no prob with the phone player, and about the subtitles, mine phone work with the .srt type. I've read somewhere that could only work with .smi, but mine work with .srt and works great, but when I switch to landscape, the subtitles dont stay in the central of the screen... When I try to play some animes, the resolution of them is greater than 720x440 (its 826x452) and plays only the sound, but with coreplayer I could see the video, but with a lot of frame skiping... How can I solve this? Thx in advance
Guest Ender Psp Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 Basically, you can't right now. Unless Samsung release a new version of Media Player (Touch player). For now, 720x480 or lower...

Can I ask you, what version of touch player you have? Because you told that your player can play srt subtitles. Thanks
Guest Kal-Leo Posted January 5, 2010 Report Posted January 5, 2010 How can I see the version of my touch player?? All .srt subtitles work with mine, only when switching to landscape that the subtitles dont stay centralized, and it show a simbol between each phrase.

I just tried some srt subtitles. srt subtitles really works. Thats great news. But I have same problems like you. Sound simbol and not centralized when you play in landscape.
Guest tacchan23 Posted January 6, 2010 Report Posted January 6, 2010 Yeah, srt subtitles are working now (wonder from whic ROM update). Too bad landscape is messed up :) I didn't try it now, but i guess the video out problem is still there with srt subs too...
