A bit frustrating to not have a phone number to check staus, plus if you email a question you get an automated reply. Just have to wait out. Lost my T-Mobile Pulse in a Mosh Pit at the weekend and want a phone ASAP, I have no patience.
Guest AndyCr15 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 Silly question, but can you see that payment has been taken? Most people have to call their bank to authorise after they've placed the order. I know I had to, and then place the order again, one the bank would let go through.

Just been onto my CC company "Citi" they tell me the payment was taken on the 1st - good tip but nothing. Does my order look normal from this screen grab?
