Video call with changed dialer

Can i use video call if I change to a different dialer like Spam alert or whatever?

Similarly if I disable Samsung's dialer can I somehow use video call?

As far as know the answer is no.

Does anyone knows a way to do it?

Specific answer on your question i don't have but previously i used Mr Rod ROM Omnia2 with HD2 features. I change a dialer to get Voice call, video call & conference call (xda Mr rotastrain) but the effect is battery task bar always shows 100%. Good luck
