Guest CSMR Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 Bottom right of the today screen says "phone book", bringing up Samsung's slightly buggy contact application. How can I replace this with "contacts" (the standard Microsoft app)? Thanks
Guest Ninja4Hire Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today\Keys\112\ change the "Open" string to the location of MS contacts. I unfortunately don't know the location of the MS contacts, but I'm sure someone here can tell you.
Guest momyc Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 Search for SOFT KEY cab. It's allowing to customize both links (left/right)
Guest Apolousm Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 I would like to know how to do it too. Samsung's skins are horrible. It may be fingers-friendly, but I don't like any of the Omnia II Samsung skins. I wish the Omnia II has a WM 6.5 interface as HTC's; a plain WM interface
Guest tacchan23 Posted January 8, 2010 Report Posted January 8, 2010 I think it's easier to flash a Lite ROM without samsung stuff. Anyway to the above mentioned registry, you can try to add this: "\Windows\poutlook.exe" contacts
