I searched and Googled, but I can 't find out how to hard reset the Verizon i920. I know you can use the clear data option, but it will delete "My Storage", and I don't want to do that if possible.

I tried the "UP Vol + Lock + Call + End Call" option that seems to work on the i8000, but it does not work for me on the i920. also the *2767*3855# does not work on Verizon and I think it deletes the "My Storage" anyway.

Any help....

If I remember correctly, your supposed to hold "down vol + lock + call + end call" for the i920. I've hard reset my i920 about 15 times.

the way to hard reset without deleting my storage is flashing with preserve device content's option available in octans 2.11. AFAIKall other methods erase this part of memory.

The i920 must be different, as I've hard reset about 15 times, and each time its kept the my storage whenever I use the button method that I just mentioned.
