This is the original Arabic software for omnia 2 i8000 .

I extract it from Original Arabic rom version PDA : JPIJ3 CSC : DBTIL5 win6.1

The arabic support made By Effy company.

You have three options for language , The first one is with arabic interface and all original software will come in arabic language.

The second option is English interface with support arabic omly for reading and writing,

The third option without arabic support.

But there is a problem with resco file explorer it canot run if you enable arabic software.

Also there is another option if you want to install mobidiv with arabic interface and orginal samsung applications in arabic language we

mix files from mobidiv and effy in one software (( TSD made this software))

I Think the link in pocket gear was very old for v4 < i download the software after that i check the version it was older version.

I update the link in first post and add a new link for v8.

Do you see question marks in SMS's?

Look at my thread about Turkish keyboard, post #8. You may need reg settings and a file named ???tables.sms from an Arabic ROM

This soft ware does not support win 6.5, only for 6.1, it works perfect for me, for the Quran to work in recitation mode u will have to down load the whole quran from this link,

save this in your memory card, then go to pocket islam > pocket reciter> on the right side u have a folder logo. click on it, u will get another window then select the folder were u saved the audio quran file, select it and make it OK from below left. then go to pocket quran open any sura u like and click on the page u get a pop up menu in the pop up menu u get recite verse no recite continues recite stop and so on so u r done. hope this has helped the ppl here, if any question always there for help :)

assalamualikum..

go to pocket islam, go to setup > option> reminder/derectory

onthe second (select salat reminder) click on the arrow and select any thing u get on list

the on the 3rd Select athan melody, do the same as above then onthe 4th call athan select athan 1 from the drop down menu. on the repeat reminder put 0 make ok from the right top corner, again go to setup > options> athan/recitation

onthe 1st recite quran put 5

2nd play reminder 0(zero)

then select athan

fajar select athan1

same for all the salah make ok

inshallah now ur azan will work good if u make it acurate.

FYI I'm using MobiDiv 416 and its the best software ever working wonderfully in my Omnia 2. You can find it on page 3 of the forum. Now I can read and type in arabic. Good luck.

I have tried every arabizer i could find on a wide range of roms (official and customized WM 6.5.3 for Samsung Omnia2 I8000) and it will show arabic but with bugs (Mushaf al madina will display arabic as squares in menues, samsung messaging app will display arabic letters abnormally).

The only time everything worked was when i installed aldurazy-TSD-mobidiv 416 on a custom Energy ROM and after that install 2 fixes(downloaded from xda-developers wiki) profided by Energy. But the ROM i used literaly EATS battery even when idle) so this is not a practical solution, but an evidence that arabization works somehow and samsung's messaging application arabic problem can be fixed without switching to the original system's sms app.

I'm using JH2 WM 6.5.3 ROM. And i wish to see some definitve solution and i'm willing to take as many formats as i can to get it working, please help.

PS: i have used

mobidiv 416 and 454

installing tahoma arabic font

aldurazy arabic for omnia2 (both full and lite) -- Lite was bugged, Full made some apps wont start.

(TA_MOBiDIV_416_AR_Eng.cab)

So you see i have tried, any help is much appreciated.
