According to this release, it has but I wont be able to flash until Sat/Sun.

The ROM is compatible with chinese words display and writing, only that u need to install the cab files seperately..... :)

ANGEL , i'm using now 23518 M2D and is better because the free memory is 50,99 and i'm so happy.... :)
